PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder device which can adjust in a step-less manner a position for regulating movement of a hook without needing expensive working cost. SOLUTION: This holder device, comprising guide parts 14, 15 raised from a loading part for loading a held object such as tire, a hook 18 provided in one end of a piston rod 17 of a cylinder C provided in the guide part, a first flow path 22 connected to a pressure chamber of the cylinder, an opening/closing valve 24 provided in the first flow path, a second flow path 25 connected to a pressure chamber of the cylinder, and a check valve 26 provided in the second flow path, moves the piston rod 17 to interpose the held object between the hook 18 and the guide parts 14, 15 for holding this held object, in the other hand the check valve 26 regulates flow of fluid discharged from the pressure chamber 21 of the cylinder C when the piston rod 17 is moved in the direction making the hook distant from the held object.
