摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve repetitive positioning precision in the peripheral direction of a cutting tool. SOLUTION: This cutting tool 1 is constituted in such a way that an engaging groove 2 is formed over the whole periphery on its outer peripheral face and a tapered hole 3 (recessed part) which crosses an axial line of the cutting tool 1 substantially orthogonally and whose diameter is reduced when approaching a shaft axis of the cutting tool 1 is formed on a bottom face of the engaging groove 2. A receive face 13 for receiving the engaging groove 2 of the cutting tool 1 and a stopper 14 which can come in and out of a position opposing to the receive face 13 and nips the cutting tool 1 in between the receive face 13 and it are provided on an arm 6 for holding the cutting tool 1 in an automatic tool changer and attaching the cutting tool 1 to a tool main shaft of a machine tool and detaching it from the tool main shaft thereof. A tapered pin 16 forming a taper shape in which a diameter of a tip part 16a is reduced when approaching a tip is provided in a storage hole 15 formed on the receive face 13 so that the tip part 16a can come in and out of the receive face 13. An energizing member 17 for energizing the tapered pin 16 in the direction in which it protrudes from the receive face 13 is provided between the tapered pin 16 and a bottom face of the storage hole 15.
