PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple operating handle which allows a player to further amuse himself/herself with a game by stimulating his/her hand slowly in a prescribed state of the game. SOLUTION: In this operating handle, there are arranged a solenoid 9, which brings about intermittent excitation at a big win, etc., and a cylinder rod 11 which is oscillated in an axial direction by the intermittent excitation of the solenoid 9; and a turning operation member 4, which is provided in the operating handle so as to adjust a pachinko ball shooting speed, or a curved small piece, which is fitted into a holding part 1, is oscillated by the cylinder rod 11 in order to stimulate the player's hand.
