PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pounded rice cake composition keeping the softness of a freshly pounded rice cake for a long period and resistant to getting moldy. SOLUTION: The hardening of a pounded rice cake is retarded and the molding of the cake is prevented by formulating 100 pts.wt. of glutinous rice with 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a Japanese horseradish component. |
