PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate an operation for putting fresh fishes into cold water and pulling these fresh fishes therefrom in order to retain freshness and automate an operation for weighing fresh fishes and putting fresh fishes into each box except for an operation for correcting or adjusting weighing of fresh fishes. SOLUTION: This apparatus for conveying and weighing fresh fishes is constituted of a charging hopper 2, an inclined conveyer 3, a hopper 4 for loosening mass of fresh fishes conveyed from the inclined conveyer 3 and discharging fresh fishes, a vibration type feeding passage 5 for conveying fresh fishes by utilizing vibration, a primary weighing hopper 6 for weighing fresh fishes, a water tank 7 in which cold water is put, a bucket-conveying conveyer 8 for putting fresh fishes into each bucket and conveying these fishes onto the upper side, a chute 9, a driving roller conveyer 10 for moving vacant boxes from one end side to the lower direction of outlet of the chute 9 and moving each box in which fresh fishes discharged from the chute 9 are put to other end side and a secondary weighing device 11 for weighing fresh fishes having prescribed weights and discharged from the chute 9.
