PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood device capable of properly cutting off the sunlight and wind, and capable of securing ventilation performance to the inside of a hood body. SOLUTION: This hood device has a base part 6 of a stroller 2, a plurality of frame bodies 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, and 3e rotatably arranged in the base part 6, and the hood body 5 extended between the respective frame bodies 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, and 3e. Among the hood body 5, a third covering part 5c between the frame body 3c and the frame body 3d is composed of a mesh material superior in ventilation performance. Fasteners 4 are respectively installed in both end parts of the third covering part 5c composed of this mesh material, and these fasteners 4 can mutually be opened or closed.
