PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone dust collecting container and an vacuum cleaner using the same which allows the dust caught therein to be easily and quickly dumped without turning a container body inversely. SOLUTION: In this cyclone dust collecting container 12, the container body 34 is divided into an upper cyclone chamber B and a lower dust collecting chamber A by a bottom wall 67 which is disposed in the middle of the vertical direction of the container body 34 and a dust guide port 72 which guides the dust from the cyclone chamber B to the dust collecting chamber A is disposed on the container body 34. Therein, further, the lower end of the container body 34 is opened downward and a lower opening end of the container body 34 is disposed openably and closably with a bottom cover 40.
