PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head part and neck part protective tool for forming an upper back part abutting member in a shape familiar with a body curve over the back from a rear neck part, forming a head part abutting member in a palm bay shape effectively receivable without a sense of incompatibility, and having a backward camber angle. SOLUTION: The upper back part abutting member having an almost trapezoidal shape, and held in contact by an upper back part, the inverse trapezoidal head part abutting member having a similar figure similar to the upper back part abutting member, and curved so as to be capable of abutting to the occipital region, a thin diameter member connecting the upper back part abutting member and the head part abutting member, and held in contact by a neck part, lengthwise directional both end members formed in a belt shape extending up to a lower jaw part front part by passing through both side parts of a neck from the thin diameter member, and provided with a circular arc-shaped recessed part for protecting a collarbone in contact, and projecting members having the almost same length extending outward in almost parallel to the tip of the lengthwise directional both end members are integrally molded and arranged with the lengthwise directional both end members. A flexible belt member having a sheet-like fastener is connected to a tip part area of one projecting member, and a sheet-like fastener is also arranged in the other projecting member, and is constituted so as to be fastened.
