PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow strut formed by cost effectively providing the hollow strut constituting a luminous stick with an effect of a luminous pigment. SOLUTION: The luminous stick having a luminous body on the inner side of the hollow strut is formed by using a raw material into which a suitable amount of the luminous pigment is incorporated for the hollow strut constituting a light emitting section and molding the same.
