摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size, noise and cost by arranging a multilayer electrostriction element and a driver at a shortest distance. SOLUTION: A ground side electrode pattern 42, a hot side electrode pattern 44, and wiring 45 to a one chip IC are formed on a substrate 31 of insulating material and an assembled solid state multilayer electrostriction element is connected through conductive adhesive 46 onto each end part of the ground side electrode pattern 42 and the hot side electrode pattern 44. A groove 47 is then made from the other side of the hot side electrode pattern 44 toward the ground side electrode pattern 42 using a dicing saw in order to separate the hot side electrode pattern 44 and the multilayer electrostriction element 43. The dicing saw is stopped before passing through the ground side electrode pattern 42 entirely. Consequently, all channels are independent on the hot side and all channels are interconnected on the ground side.
