PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety by surely cutting off a power source so that an operator is not exposed to a laser when performing maintenance of a light module unit. SOLUTION: A protecting cover 14A is arranged in a high part of laser output such as a light converting circuit 14 on both the rotary board 10 side and the stationary part 40 side, and is formed as a structure unable to make access to the light converting circuit 14 inside of the cover when a key 132B of a key switch 132 is not extracted when removing the cover 14A by cutting off the power source 431 by the key switch 132 at maintenance time. Thus, the power source is surely put in a cutoff state at maintenance time.
