SOLUTION: For the pad with the handle, a peripheral edge part (b) is formed at the upper end of a handle part (a), a connection part (c) is provided on the peak part of the peripheral edge part (b) and a tongue-like part (d) is formed inwards. A gap (e) is formed between the peripheral edge part (b) and the tongue-like part (d), the tongue-like part (d) is vertically swingable with the connection part (c) as a center and a puff P is clamped in the gap (e).
