PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting die for improving the releasability when releasing a casting having a base part and a riser piece from a die member. SOLUTION: In the casting die, an area having a plurality of die members 11 and 12, having a cavity B1 between the die members 11 and 12 and provided on the die member 11 die in the cavity B1 comprises a first area 20 corresponding to the base part of the casting and a second area 21 corresponding to the riser piece extended in the relative movement direction of a plurality of die members. The casting is released from the plurality of die members by relatively moving the plurality of die members after the casting is formed. A protruding member 27 which is brought into contact with the surface of the base part and releases the casting from the die member 12 by the relative movement to the die member 12 in the direction identical with the relative movement direction of the plurality of die members is provided.
