PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parting garage coating process, by which disadvantages that the rust is conspicuous within one week after coating, particularly a pallet part starts to be rusted sometimes after 2-3 days when a general oil paint coating which has been used mainly is applied for the repair coating of a mechanical parking garage are solved. SOLUTION: The rust or the existing coating film is removed thoroughly by using vacuum blast on the pallet part and blowing an abrasive using a ceramic on a steel plate as a cleaning to expose the base and a high functional hard urethane is blown on the base.
