PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified arrangement and reduce the wear of a belt. SOLUTION: A second drive pulley 32 and a first driven pulley 41 are mounted to a common second rotating shaft 22 and a transfer part between different speeds is on a straight line along the second rotating shaft 22. The first halves of circulating belts 51 and 52 are received by respective guide plates 81 and 82 having guide grooves 81a and 82a.
