PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under tray attaching structure for a seat cushion in which spring-up is performed with the front end side of a seat cushion as a turning center, an under tray is easily provided in the state of providing a spring-up mechanism, the under tray is lifted when springing up the seat cushion and the under tray is easily and quickly utilized. SOLUTION: The front end of the seat cushion 22 is turnably attached to a shaft body 37 provided on the attaching side of the seat cushion 22. A hinge bracket 55 is provided on the front end of the seat cushion 22 and the hinge bracket 55 is locked to a locking part 53 at the front part of the under tray 51 provided below the seat cushion 22. In the case of springing up the front end side of the seat cushion 22 with the shaft body 37 as the turning center, the hinge bracket 55 moves the locking part 53 at the front part of the under tray 51 upwards and the front side of the under tray 51 is lifted upwards.
