PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a welding and fixing process of two parts of a resin case 1 and a base 2, on press-fitting faces 14 and 24 without setting a caulking allowance for preventing the size from being increased and also without the use of a dedicated pressurizing device for retrenching an assembling cost. SOLUTION: A dedicated pressurizing device which is required in a conventional lapped laser beam welding process and used for eliminating a gap between two parts made of a resin material can be dispensed with by forming the faces to be welded together of a side wall part 11 of the resin case 1 and a lid body part 21 of the base 2 in such a way that the faces to be welded together can be forced in. In addition, a laser beam is obliquely emitted to a press-fitting face 4, on the opening part 12 side, of the side wall part 11 of the resin case 1 from the outer peripheral side edge, on the illustrated upper end face, of the lid body part 21 of the base 2. Consequently, it is possible to weld together and fix the press-fitting face 14, on the side wall part 11, of the resin case 1 and the angular barrel-shaped force-in face 24 of the lid body part 21 of the base 2.
|
