PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a scratch applied to a base to the minimum extent without scratching a surface plate to enable reuse of the base and prolong the service life of the surface plate and shorten the time required for removing the base. SOLUTION: Levers 46L, 46R with claw are swung by raising a drive grip 42 for brackets 41A, 41B, and the base 21 is raised while letting claws 49, etc., (49, 49 in the front are not shown) bite the base 21.
