PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end face polishing device capable of improving polishing precision irrespective of a length of ferrule when polishing an end face of the ferrule. SOLUTION: In this end face polishing device for polishing a barlike member mounted on a jig panel by pressing it against a polishing member on a polishing machine 27 installed on a surface plate 25 supported by a device main body 21 and rotating and swinging, a plurality of barlike guide members 48 protruding outward and radially are provided on the jig panel 40, and a tubular member 29 capable of supporting the jig panel 40 through the guide members 48 is provided on the surface plate 25 to regulate the move of the jig panel 40 in the pressing direction due to the contact of the guide members 48 of the jig panel 40 with the tubular member 29.
