PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform boiling maintaining control by optimum output for which the dispersion of a product individual is taken into consideration by using feedback control in the boiling maintaining control. SOLUTION: In an electric rice cooker, a control means comparing a detected humidity detected by a humidity sensor 42 detecting the boiling of rice and water housed inside a rice container with a preset humidity and automatically performing control so as to maintain a boiling state by raising and lowering the output of an electromagnetic induction coil depending on whether it is lower or higher than the set humidity from the point of time of detecting the boiling by the humidity sensor 42 is imparted. By performing the control so as to maintain the boiling state by raising and lowering the output of the electromagnetic induction coil 3 depending on whether the detected humidity detected by the humidity sensor 42 is lower or higher than the set humidity after detecting the boiling, the output of the electromagnetic induction coil 3 is easily and quickly converged. |
