he invention relates to a lightweight inert building material designed for the preparation of concrete with no need of additives, during the mixing of the concrete components. Said building material is produced by liquids or/and solid concrete additives mixed in relevant industrial installations. The pores of the building element absorb the liquid additives, while the solid additives are dispersed over the whole mass of the product. The invented building material presents the following advantages: adequate pre-selection of additives by the producer for the production of lightweight concrete of the desired properties, reduction of the fluctuating properties of the concrete by reducing the mixture components, uniform distribution of the additives to the whole mass of the inert material, and accommodation of the dispersion of the additives over the whole mass of the mixture. It should be noted that, during mixing with water, the additives are diffused, through the pores of the building material, to the whole mixture. |
