PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide-based compound capable of selectively transforming or targeting a receptor-type tyrosine kinase RET expression cell. SOLUTION: This peptide-based compound has an amino acid sequence: Gly Xaa Gly Xbb (Gly is glycine; and Xaa and Xbb are each a positively charged amino acid), or contains the amino acid sequence, and binds to the receptor-type tyrosine kinase RET.
