PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a survivable nonhuman animal having the steadily activated second phase of xenobitic metabolic system. SOLUTION: This method for creating the survivable Keap 1-hetero-deficient Nrf 2-hetero-deficient nonhuman animal comprises creating a Keap 1-hetero- deficient nonhuman animal by using a Keap 1-broken embryo stem cell clone, and hybridizing the Keap 1-hetero-deficient nonhuman animal with the Keap 2-homo-deficient nonhuman animal. The method for creating the survivable Keap 1-hetero-deficient Nrf 2-hetero-deficient nonhuman animal or the survivable Keap 1-homo-deficient Nrf 2-hetero-deficient nonhuman animal having steadily activated second phase enzyme group of the xenobitic metabolic system comprises hybridizing the Keap 1-hetero-deficient Nrf 2-hetero-deficient nonhuman animal.
