PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine detailed cargo collection and delivery schedules in delivery service and facilitate changes thereof. SOLUTION: The schedule data of respective users is provided for a management server 3 disposed on the home delivery service company side from home servers 1, 5 disposed in homes of the respective users through a network 8, and data such as schedules, maps and traffic information of persons in charge of cargo collection and delivery to be managed with the management server 3 are combined with the schedule data, thus optimum cargo collection and delivery routes and dates can be determined. By giving IDs to cargo collection and delivery data including determined schedules and sending them to communication terminals 2, 6 and a home delivery service company terminal 4, changes in the dates or places can be facilitated. |
