PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water spray device for a bathroom capable of being simplified and miniaturized while making effective use of water resources. SOLUTION: The hot water spray device for a bathroom is for generating a mist within the bathroom. The device includes a header 20 having a predetermined length and positioned on the upper end face 1a of a peripheral wall of a bathtub 1 within the bathroom; a plurality of mist spray nozzles 40 mounted in predetermined spaced relation on the peripheral wall of the header 20 and pointed toward the interior of the bathroom 1; and a hot water feed pipe 30 connected to the header 20 at one end and to a hot water feed side mounting leg 6a in the bathroom at the other in a branching fashion, for causing high- temperature water passing through the hot water feed passage of the mounting leg 6a to be supplied to the header 20. The high-temperature water is introduced into the header 20 via the hot water feed pipe 30 and is released in the form of a mist from the plurality of mist spray nozzles depending on the water pressure to generate the mist.
