PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container wherein the generation of static electricity to parts due to friction between the parts and the packaging container can be reduced. SOLUTION: For this packaging container, the surface of the packaging container with which the housed part comes into contact contains a vinylidene fluoride polymer and an acrylate polymer. When the surface of the packaging container which comes into contact with the parts contains the vinylidene fluoride polymer and the acrylate polymer, the amount of electrostatic charge generated on the surface of the parts due to the contact/friction between the packaging container and the housed parts can be reduced. As a result, the adhesion of the part to the packaging container by static electricity can be prevented from occurring and so forth. When electronic parts which are sensitive to static electricity are to be housed, the electrostatic fracture and the jumping out of the electronic parts due to static electricity can be suppressed, and also, the electrostatic fracture of the electronic parts can be reduced or prevented from occurring.
