PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing case for storing a circular saw and a saw blade together, allowing the stored saw blade to be easily taken out. SOLUTION: A storing part 2 is divided into two parts and rotatably supported by a hinge part 3, and bound by a latch 4 to store a portable circular saw and the saw blade. The saw blade storing part 9 is shaped like a recess having a gradient to the bottom, and saw blades 5, 6, 7 are stored with the sides 14, 15, 16 parallel to each base, that is, with the sides 14, 15, 16 inclined to the base. At this time, the saw blades are stored with the lowered side of the saw blade 6 put under the raised side of the saw blade 5, so that although the saw blades 6 are seen to overlap each other, they are not in contact. This relationship is said of the saw blades 6, 7. Slip-off preventing projections 24, 25, 26 are specially provided in a pair to prevent the saw blades from slipping off the saw blade storing part 9 in carrying the storing case.
