PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an extruded resin coated timber material wherein the timber is not dried with heat and the like, an bad effect due to a water content contained in the timber can be prevented and a reliability is high. SOLUTION: A film comprising a synthetic resin coated on a surface of the timber shields a heat to be transmitted from the resin to the timber to a certain extent in extrusion resin coating and the water content in the timber becomes difficult to be evaporated. Further, the film comprising the synthetic resin confines the water content likely to be evaporated from the timber under the film in extrusion resin coating and a bubble becomes not to be generated between the timber and the coated resin. Since a necessity for heating the timber to dry is eliminated, a fear for dispersion of a water content in drying is not present and a reliability is high. Further, a fear for generation of a crack and the like caused by sudden drying is also eliminated. |
