PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film with such advantages that the amount of an oligomer to be deposited on the surface of the release film by a thermal treatment at a high temperature is minimized and the adhesion of a curable silicone resin layer to a polyester film is high. SOLUTION: This release film is of such a structure that a titanium film layer and a curable silicone resin layer are formed on at least one side of the polyester film. In addition, the release film is formed of the polyester film, a titanium film layer and a curable silicone resin layer laminated in that order. Further, at least the surface layer part of the titanium film layer is oxidized. |
