PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal valve in which a packing is fitted to an end of a lid of a sealed vessel, the air inside the vessel pushes up the packing to open a vent and discharge the air outside the vessel when the lid is pressed, the vessel is evacuated, the packing closes the vent, the vessel is kept in a vacuum condition, propagation of miscellaneous germs of the food placed in the vessel is prevented, and the freshness of the food is prolonged. SOLUTION: A nut 7 is fitted to one end of the lid 1, a hole 4 of the packing 3 is aligned to the nut 7, a screw 2 of the sealed lid 1 is screwed to the nut 7 through the hole 4, and the packing 3 and the sealed lid 1 are fitted to the lid 6. A groove 9 of the lid 6 is fitted to an edge 10 of the vessel 11, and the vessel 11 is covered by the lid 6. |
