PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always prevent cultured products of fruit tree or farm products from being eaten away by birds and beasts and make birds and beasts drawing back and obtain repelling action of birds and beasts. SOLUTION: In this birds and beasts-repelling device, hissing sound generators are each fixed to the upper parts of two rotation flying bodies and rotating speed is increased by a flying radius R stretched by a stretchable auxiliary frame. As a result, hissing sound of a string due to air pressure becomes larger. Further, an automatic rotating device capable of carrying out rotation flying with intermittence of second bit is provided so as not to approach birds and beasts.
