PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated fiberboard sheet in which a face side liner of the waterproof corrugated fiberboard sheet is printed to realize the decorativeness, a water-absorbing liner is provided on a back side liner to absorb water drops adhered to an article accommodated therein, and a packaging box formed by using the corrugated fiberboard sheet. SOLUTION: In the corrugated fiberboard sheet, the surface of the face side liner is printed is printed, and covered by a polyethylene terephthalate protective film, the water-absorbing liner such as a craft paper is laminated on the surface of the back side liner, the protective film forms an outer surface of the packaging box, and the water-absorbing liner forms an inner surface of the packaging box.
