PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the leakage treatment efficiency of a material to be treated by a treatment cylinder. SOLUTION: A leaked material dispersion part is arranged at the lower position of the external part of the treatment cylinder. A treatment cylinder receiving net is extended to a position right above the leaked material dispersion part and a leaked material leaked down through an extension part of the treatment cylinder receiving net is dispersed to a separation body side by the leaked material dispersion part.
