PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a welding wire which is hardly entangled. SOLUTION: In a delivery tool of a welding wire wound in a pail pack in which a welding wire 13 is wound and layered in a ring between an inner cylinder 11 and an outer cylinder 12 of a pail pack 10 of vertical double-cylindrical structure, an upper end face of the layered welding wire 14 is elastically pressed by a doughnut plate-like pressing member 15, a notched part 18 is formed in an inside diameter part of the pressing member 15, and a terminating delivery end (a wind-starting end) of the layered welding wire 14 is passed through the notched part 18, the notched part 18 is covered by a plurality of elastic members 20a and 20b supported by the pressing member 15 in a cantilever manner.
