PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which is laminated by a layer made of a resin composition of an aggregate release type having various type base and a polypropylene resin having a heat resistance and easy pealability from a polypropylene resin coating and a rapid extrusion laminating suitability capable of obtaining a sufficient laminating strength as a base. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises a polyurethane adhesive layer provided on various type layers of respective type bases selected from the group consisting of a base having a film layer made of various type thermoplastic resin, a base having an aluminum foil layer, a film base having an aluminum vapor-deposited layer and a film base having an inorganic compound vapor- deposited layer, and layers made of a specific resin composition (1) containing a polypropylene resin as a main body and a resin composition (2), sequentially laminated in this order on the adhesive layer.
