PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking method outside hospital capable of efficiently supplying hot dishes to patients according to orders received from hospitals. SOLUTION: This cooking method outside hospital comprises pretreating dishes according to a pretreatment instruction, cooking pretreated food materials according to a cooking instruction, dishing cooked dishes on trays according to a dishing instruction, loading the trays with dishes on cook chill carts 65 in a cold storage mode according to a cart list 64 and setting the timer and then delivering the cook chili carts 65 to hospitals according to a delivery instruction 66. Each hospital serves the delivered dishes to patients and about 30 min before the service, the timer starts to work and the cook chill cart 65 is changed in from a cold storage mode to a heating mode, thus the patients can eat hot dishes. |
