PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus which is provided with a cleaning part and a drying part and where waste cleaning liquid is concentrated and discharged while the energy cost is reduced. SOLUTION: This cleaning apparatus is provided with the cleaning part 1, the drying part 2 and a concentrating means 3 for concentrating the waste cleaning liquid and discharging the concentrated waste cleaning liquid. Exhaust heat from the means 3 is supplied to the part 2.
