PURPOSE:To stably treat human waste, various domestic waste water sludge and septic tank sludge in the same facilities by a method wherein, after dewatered homogenization, sewage water is flocculated, the resulting slurry is and the resulting filtrate, together with the human waste, is treated undergoing a biological treating process and a solid-liquid separating process. CONSTITUTION:Septic tank sludge 1 is sent through a water receiving tank 2 and a foreign matter-removing device 3 into an adjusting tank 5 to be homogenized and it is refined in coagulation tanks 6 and 7 by adding an inorganic coagulant 8 and an organic high-molecular flocculant. The sludge is then dewater by a dewater 10 and the resulting filtrate is sent through a reservoir tank 13 into an anaerobic tank 21 together with the human waste 19 remaining after removal of coarse and large solid from human waste 14 and return sludge 20 in order to lower BOD concentration. Then an activated sludge-liquid mixture in the anaerobic tank 21, together with circulating nitrification liquid 22, is sent into a first denitrification tank 23 where part of phosphorus in the liquid is absorbed by the activated sludge and, in a nitrification tank 4 also, ammonia in liquid stream is oxidized into nitric acid. Thereafter, it is treated through a second denitrification tank 25 and a reaeration tank 26 and, after treatment, is discharged through a membrane separating device 27. |
