FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition in solid medicinal form eliciting anti-inflammatory activity. Invention proposes composition containing 4-hydroxy-2-methyl-3-[N-(2-pyridinyl)-carboxamide] -2H-1,2-benzothiazine-1,1-dioxide and magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose or lactose and starch or aerosil, or magnesium or calcium stearate, or polyethylene glycol 4000 (PEG 4000) as additional accessory substances taken in the ratio given in the invention claim. Composition comprises envelope consisting of acetylphthalyl cellulose, ethyl alcohol, chloroform, dye tropeolin-0 or acid red 2C and vaseline or sunflower oil. Invention provides making tablets with rational vehicles and accessory substances enhancing anti-inflammatory activity and decreasing ulcerogenic effect.
