SUBSTANCE: at least two parallel notches are made on each face of spacer-grid hexahedral rim at angle greater than 0 and smaller than 90 deg. to spacer grid axis and spring projections are provided on rim strips between notches which cover clearance between inner surface of hexahedral can tube and hexahedral rim surface of spacer grid to ensure assembly of fuel-element bundle into hexahedral can tube with negative allowance for augmenting heat transfer.
