SUBSTANCE: compound includes litharge-glycerin cement containing mixture of commercial glycerin, lead oxide, and water, carbon black as doping additive, and lead fiber as reinforcing additive. Ratio of components is as follows, mas. %: commercial glycerin, 1.54-3.48; lead oxide, 8.8-19.87; carbon black, 0.35-0.79; lead fiber, 75.39-89.1; water, 0.21-0.47.
