FIELD: hoisting-and-conveying machinery; civil engineering work. SUBSTANCE: device includes cross-member with cargo ropes at the ends which is connected with flying vehicle lock by means of couplings meeting at lock, cross-member stabilization system which includes flexible couplings and cross-member orientation system for orientation of cross-member in horizontal plane; this system is provided with drive and actuating members. Actuating members of cross- member orientation system are connected to one end of cross-member and flexible couplings of cross-member stabilization system are connected to opposite end. Each actuating member may be made in form of controllable double-acting actuating cylinder or in form of non- extensible flexible tie-rod transmitting torque in one direction; flexible couplings may be made in form of elastic flexible tie-rods for transmitting the stabilizing moment in opposite direction or in form of cylinders with spring-loaded rods.
