ULTRASONIC DEVICE FOR CLEANING HEAT EXCHANGE AGGREGATES AND PROTECTING THEM AGAINST DEPOSITS

FIELD: ultrasonic technique, possibly cleaning and protecting surfaces of different-designation heat exchange aggregates against deposits. SUBSTANCE: device uses mains as power source and it includes capacitor, magnetostrictive transducers, pulse repetition frequency unit; unit for coupling with phase of AC voltage of power source; reference voltage source; voltage comparator; synchronization unit. Pulse repetition frequency unit generates pulse train with pulse repetition frequency equal or multiple to resonance frequency of magnetostrictive transducers. Said pulses are formed at changing sign of AC voltage from positive to negative one and at achieving predetermined relation between reference voltage and output voltage of power source. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning aggregates, improved reliability of device due to elimination of simultaneous passing of charging electric current and pulse electric current of magnetostrictive transducers through capacitor. 1 dwg
