FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to fixing frame of dormer to outside atmosphere-resistant membrane in structure of suspending ceiling. Clamp includes interjoined fastening parts. Each part is provided with internal flanged edge for attachment to side surface of building structure passing through roof and with external edge bordering on membrane of suspended ceiling. Fastening parts come in the form of flexible sections of material. Side fastening parts meant to be placed perpendicular to roof battens are made with excess of material, for instance, by way of folding or bending in direction parallel to above-mentioned internal flanged edge and to external edge.
