FIELD: electromagnetic wave absorbers; production of multilayer nonwoven materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary formation of synthetic fiber cloth, dispersion of carbon fiber in liquid or gaseous medium, filtration of dispersed medium through synthetic fiber cloth or disposition of electricity conducting ribbon on synthetic fiber cloth, assembly of multilayer stack of at least two nonwoven synthetic cloths of which one is covered with layer of carbon fibers or electricity conducting ribbons so that layer of carbon fibers or conducting ribbons were alternating with layer of synthetic fiber cloths, these procedures being followed by piercing assembled multilayer stack with needles.
