FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at movement of vehicles over complex special route with angles of track tilting up to 90°. Said device has two levers coupled with drive wheels. Yokes secured on ends of one lever enclose rail. Said yokes provide mechanical connection of one lever with other lever through central joints and system of angle levers and joints arranged at opposite side of rail.
