Rotor has working linings spring-loaded by flexible members parallel to their symmetry axes and oppositely directed. Bar part located in rotor cavity has gear. Rotor is provided with gear ring secured in rotor cavity and intermediate gear wheel mounted in bearings and meshed with gear and gear ring.
