FIELD: industry branch for making building materials. SUBSTANCE: cement--free binder containing fly ash and waste molding sand of casting production process also contains high-calcium fly ash and waste molding sand of casting production that was subjected to magnetic treatment for removing pickups and includes silica more than 90% and in addition high-alumina product with content more than 80% of alumina being waste material of abrasive production at the following ratio of ingredients, mas.%: high-calcium fly ash, 60-80; molding sand of casting production, 10-30; high-alumina product, 5-10. Specific surface of said three ingredients is in range 600-750 sq. m/kg. EFFECT: enhanced strength and fire resistance of cement-free binder and concrete on base of such binder. 3 tbl |
