SERVER, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING PARKING SPACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking space managing system for realizing the management of a highly convenient vehicle parking space by efficiently utilizing a vehicle parking space. SOLUTION: The system receives registration for a free date when the vehicle parking space is not used from a user (a contract user) who has signed a usage contract for a fixed time such as a monthly contract. The system also publicly opens the free dates of the vehicle parking space and invites registering for temporary usage by the hour from users (temporary user). Moreover, the vehicle parking space is provided to the user by the hour so that temporary usage charge is collected from the temporary users. Part of the temporary usage charge collected from the temporary users is returned to the contract users who has register the free date. Thus the registration for the free date is promoted and the empty state of the vehicle parking space is efficiently utilized.
