PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary cell, a manufacturing method and a manufacturing system of a secondary cell which can prevent the generation of defective products and improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost and equipment cost, enabled to reduce the cubic volume of the secondary cell. SOLUTION: The manufacturing system of the secondary cell comprises a transporting system transporting a sheet-shaped positive electrode 101 and a sheet-shaped negative electrode 111, a first painting system 2 and a second painting system 5 continuously painting a liquid containing electrolytic insulation substance on both surfaces of the sheet-shaped positive electrode and the sheet- shaped negative electrode, a first heating system 3 and a second heating system 6 making the liquid containing electrolytic insulation substance painted on both surfaces of the sheet-shaped positive electrode and the sheet-shaped negative electrode fix by heating, and a winding system 9 winding the sheet-shaped positive electrode 102 and the sheet-shaped negative electrode 112, on which, the electrolytic insulation substance is fixed, in a prescribed shape in laminated state. |
